Very friendly both in the office and in the field. Jeff came out and inspected our property and made suggestions to solve our pest problems. Then, once we chose to go with them, they came back out at a time that was convenient for us and were extremely kind and pleasant to work with throughout the process. They also boxed up our old termite stations so the old company could come get them. The old company only came out to inspect once a year, but Royal comes out at least twice a year (and more if we need it). I have nothing to complain about with this company. Thanks for making the switch so easy for us.
